Please Note: The Ombudsperson does not replace the Statutory Warranty Process. Warranty form submission, requests for conciliation and requests for a Decision Letter must be made by contacting Tarion directly.

The Ombudsperson voicemail, fax and e-mail are confidential, and only accessible by staff in the Ombudsperson Office. The Ombudsperson Office will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and then review your complaint to determine how and where it can best be addressed.

The Ombudsperson Office will not divulge information provided by complainants without their consent, except in cases of imminent danger or as required by law.
